Louisa Acciari

Prior to joining the GRRIPP team, Dr Louisa Acciari was a post-doctoral researcher at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, and Programme Officer – Latin America for the International Domestic Workers’ Federation. She obtain her PhD in Gender Studies from the LSE in 2018, as well as a Master in Gender Studies from the same institution in 2013 and a Master in Comparative Politics – Latin America from Sciences Po Paris in 2011. Louisa also has experience working as a consultant for the ILO, Solidarity Centre, the OECD, NUS-UK and the LSE Enterprise. Her research interests include: domestic work, labour rights, gender, trade unions, social movements, and Brazilian politics.
